Dear Macdonald's

Your service sucks - I placed an order on your app at 11h43 on the 28th Feb 2024, and the estimated time of delivery was 12h15. I called your call centre at 12h30 on *** and I was told that the rider is picking up my order as we speak. I then called again at 13h00 since the order was still not delivered and I was told that the rider is picking up the order. I then called again at 13h45 and to my surprise, there is no rider available to pick up my order. I then asked to be refunded and I was told that it will 3-5 working days. Your service is appalling - considering that you claim to have a college in Australia "Macdolnad's Academy" and you still can't deliver. This order was placed on your APP nogal. Who ever is going to read this, please stay away from Macdonald's app it is a HOAX!!!!!
