I went to McDonalds Mafikeng yesterday and purchased my food for which my order no was no: 100 and restaurant #*** for my kid to have a kid's meal. We parked our car at the Mall next to McDonalds as we were busy buying stuff at the Mall. I requested a paper bag to put the meal inside to make it easy to for my kid to carry. The lady by the name of Conny Motlhabane refused to give us the bag for which l insisted to pay and she refused. On our way out to the Mall, the box for my kid meal broke and all the food were scattered on the road for our embarrassment we left because there was lot of traffic. My kid did not eat the food I bought for her and l lost money because the lady refused to give is the paper bag to carry our food. I am so disappointed as l am a regular customer at McDonald's everywhere and always at Eastgate McDonald I get quality service. I really want my money back so l can go and buy my daughter meal somewhere where my service is appreciated. My contacts are: ***
