4th time i've received pathetic service

Mcdonalds Mitchells Plain (Outside) has got to have the worst service ever each time i go there it ends up being a disaster. About a month ago i went there hungry as ever. About 6 customers before me and i waited 20min to be served. Finally when i got my meal the roll was so old that it was falling apart. I went to see the manager and waited another 15min. She then agreed its old and just gave me another burger. No apology just a burger. Saturday eve past we went there again threw the drive threw this was about 0130am. Guess what, ee waited 30min to be served. Only to be told they dont have any fries, so i cant have a meal and only cream soda and coke light. The burger had no taste and left me thinking that Mcds in Mitchells Plain had gone to the dogs.
