30min later, but left without my food

So we got to McDonalds drive thru, made our order after being in a queue for a while. We sat 20 min in the car without any movements, so I went inside to pay and collect inside. I they still made me wait and didn't even care how long I've been waiting. 30 min later I left... Without my food! This store should consider closing because they have serious customer service issues. Never ever waste your time and money on McDonald's Karen Crossing/wonderpark
