3000 points ****** because of staff incompetence.

I recently decided to redeem my points at the Brackenburst branch only to be told the code I had given the cashier was invalid. The strangest thing is I witnessed 3000 of my point immediately deducted. She explained it was a problem that sometimes happens and reassured me that my points my points would reflect in half an hour. It’s been a week and I still don’t see any reflecting. Brackenhurst McDonald’s staff seem to be clueless and as a result I have lost 3000 points. I don’t see myself ordering there ever again.
