30 MINUTE WAIT IN A DRIVE THRU

Went to Mcdonalds on Sunday 29th september in Durbanville. Went through the drive thru, coster in front of us waited 20 minutes for their food.There was hardly any communication from the staff why the food took so long, when it was our turn to "collect" our food we weren't acknowledged by the staff for the first 5 minutes.After that a man came to the drive thru window leaning on his arms telling us that they are waiting for the truck that delivers there lettuce and we have to wait to or take the burger without lettuce. Also viewing inside that there are only two customers inside.!!!!!!!! horriffic service.The lady behind us came to the window where we were waiting and was furious.She order two portions of chips only which had nothing to do with lettuce and was waiting just as long as we did.We took the disguising stale burger and left disappointed and sicken with staff laughing in your face because its a joke to them.disappointed and pathetic
