3 Times orders has gone wrong in a matter of less than a month horrible service

I have now order three times on the Mcdonalds delivery app, it directs me to the Mcdonald's on Great North Road & Mercury Road.

The first order: Order number : *** , We placed this order at 12:06 , is said delivery time latest 12:55 latest, the order only arrived at about 14:20 , That is a 2 hour wait for someone that wants lunch and is hungry.

The second order placed : Order Number :*** we order a Mcfizz Watermelon and a Mcfizz Pasion fruit , when the order arrived we received Fanta orange I did not call because I gave them the benefit of the doubt it is still not acceptable but I am not a nasty person in general so I left it and drank the Fanta after I paid additionally for the Mcfizzes

The Third order placed on 06/08/2020: Order number : ***: I ordered 2 Chilli Cheese fries with my meal and when the order arrived I received normal fries after paying additional for cheese fries.

Three times I have been disappointed in Mcdonalds in a matter of half a month ', I really like your food and want to order from you but it seems like what your customers order doesn't matter to you and you just sent out the order like you want.

I have not ever had such horrible experience with a restaurant before do you not check that the orders is as per what the customer wants before you sent it out for delivery? Do we matter that little to you ?
