3 hours and still waiting for my delivery

I placed an order with McDonald's mcdelivery at 11:30. I called the call centre at 13:25 to find out why my delivery was taking so long. I was told that the store manager insisted that she would call me. The store manager called and told me that they had one driver and that my order was on its way.

At 14:00 I was still waiting. I called again. Then I was told again... the driver is on his way. It is now 14:20 and still no food.

Heaven knows what's going on at Maitland McDonald's but the managers attitude was so. Just a 'sorry must we still send your food'. Is that an apology or a question. I've been waiting for about 3 hours. And still... no food.

Won't be ordering from McDonald's again. Not Maitland or any other. The sad this is, the food was for kids at home.

I am truly dusgusted. And to whoever that manager was... you shouldn't be in customer service. You don't know how to deal with people.
