3 different Mc Donalds Braunches all experincing the same proble,

On sundat 10 September 2017, we went on a Afternoon and stopped for ice cream at Mc donalds Kenilworth. We were told they do not have 'Cuppa Cake', next we went to Mc Donalds Rosmead, here they did not have ice cream, our 3rd and final stop was at Mc Donalds Ottery. Here the ice cream was too soft to be served and we were told this after we placed our order. We then went to KFC who has big signs on their windows saying, ICE CREAM MACHINE OUT OF ORDER. Why cant Mc Donalds do the same, all 3 stores and not 1 store had a sign up, we stood in all 3 lines and only when we got to the front we were told we cannt be helped. Disgusted in Mc Donalds for wasting my time.
