2Hours and 30 min to del 4 block away

I have ordered food from Mc Delivery at 11:55 am. I have phoned twice to follow up on the status of my delivery at 13:00 and 14:00. Both times the staff on Mc Delivery's call centre advised me that they have confirmed with the staff at Edenvale branch that they are preparing the food. At 14:00 the Edenvale branch called me and I spoke to Mashudu who is the manager from the store and she advised me that her driver was at my offices and my receptionist showed him away stating I'm not available, which is a lie as no driver was at my offices. The driver delivered my food at 14:26 and I confirmed with my receptionist with regards to the statement made by Mashudu and the driver advised that he is the only driver on delivery and this is the first time he was sent to me. We are literally 4 blocks away from Mcdonalds and order on a regular basis! If they maybe advised they only have one driver and not lie every time I called, then maybe I could understand the LONG delay however lying to a customer for two and half hours is unacceptable and not even apologies for the long delay! Worst customer service ever received and then the lies to go with. Really disappointed!
