25 minutes to still not get my food!

Last night I went out to get a quick dessert from Macdonalds. The drive through queue moved relatively quickly until after I had placed my order. Then I sat waiting for over 25 minutes for the queue to move again. I eventually gave up and left. This is not acceptable - total waste of time and petrol, and NOT what FAST FOOD should be...
