2.5 hours for Mc Donald's? Ice cold and terrible tasting as well

I ordered Mc delivery at 7. 10 pm last night It arrived at 9.40pm 2.5 hours for food and no where to cancel the order, follow up call or complain Driver says he got stuck We had ice cold food There is no contact number so nothing u can do after uroney is taken I could have walked to Mc Donald's a faster than what it arrived I need an explanation as to why u cannot contact anyone about ur order it does not even day which ship its coming from for u to call the shop directly
