24hr McDonald's no longer opened at night

The McDonald's at Wingtip Shopping Centre is supposed to be 24 hours, but clearly, it isn't anymore. We wanted to get milkshakes at 11 PM tonight, but as soon as we got there, the drive-through was closed and the doors were locked.

The staff were sitting inside, doing absolutely nothing. So, why are they there if it isn't 24 hours anymore? Maybe they should state this somewhere officially and not gaslight us into thinking we can still get our midnight snacks here.
