24 hr outlet closed

Mcdonalds in Johannesburg, ghandi square is supposed to be a 24 hour service outlet. But lately they are always closed. Now, if that is not a breach of contract, then I dont know. Management can we as customers be enlightened or something must be done about this. Very disappointed!!!
