2023 and don't know what allergies are

Mcdonalds Bellville next to the caltex garage in strand road is the worst mcdonalds to go to if u have an alergy.

I went to the drive thru and ordered a kids meal for my son who is celiac. I ordered the cheese burger but specifically told the idiot taking the order, a guy, that I want no bun. They must just give the party, cheese and onion and put in a nugget box

I get the food and it's a normal cheese burger. Then idiot number two, I tell her that my boy is celiac and he can't eat the roll and told her it will make him sick as it's like poison to him. And this twit went and REMOVED THE PATY from the roll and just added cheese.

Thank God I checked before I gave it to him your people there have no knowledge of what allergies are and that it's detrimental to his health.

When I went to call the manager, I take it they were too busy and another lady came to help me and she made it right.

I will never support this branch ever again. You guys have the worst employees who can't follow instructions and don't knw what allergies are.

Pathetic that in this day and age and in the food industries, this branch employees are not skilled on this.
