2 vouchers I recieved I could not redeem it and I haven't recited any other voucher or response to my complaint!

There is this special st McDonald's where if you buy a large meal you get 2 movie tickets from numetro in fact u choose your voucher. We have purchased 2 large meals we redeemed the tickets on whatsapp as that is the option. I havent recieved my tickets I have emailed them. They responded to ask for the voucher numbers I have sent it. I still haven't got any response
