2 hours waiting period and still no food

This is horrible, at 11:35 I placed an order for delivery and it is now 13:09 and I still have not received any food. I have contacted the call center and the agent assisting me is Cedrick ( I must add, he is very sweet and diligent) but the shop Mc Donald's kuilsrivier is impossible to get ahold of too see how far the order is and they are not giving any feedback either. I am so disgusted, to spend so much money and receive such bad service is ridiculous.
