2 hours for a delivery from Mcdonalds Chilli on top sunninghill 3 minutes away from my house

I ordered food at 19:30 for my family and I at 19:30

It is 21:20 now and my food has still not arrived, my 2 year old daughter has gone to bed without food and so has my wife. This is not bad service it is DISGUSTING SERVICE.

My favourite part is how on my order status it says delivered. they have my wrong phone number and told me 30 minutes ago the driver is coming back and still here I sit and theres no answer at their restaurant.
