2 and a half hours late with watery mcfurries

I received my food almost 3 hours late got watery mc flurries cold food wrong order and got told i still need to pay after getting hold of the plumstead store i got told i will get a new order but still pay for it . Ridiculous service and will never return i would like someone to solve this
