1 hour for a delivery

I am really upset as I placed an order that normally takes 20 minutes.<br> <br> Today I waited an hour and 10 minutes for cold food.<br> I need to keep to a schedule at work and my window for lunch has exceeded and now what do I do.<br> <br> I will not utilize Mc Donalds EVER - no breakfasts / burgers / nothing.<br> I am sick of poor service and then i still have to pay for it.<br> <br> As a professional - i k now that you exclude emotion from complaints but today I cant help it at all....<br> I am fed up.
