1 and hours late Manager bad attitude

I ordered a big tasty meal online. After a hour of waiting I call the store and the manage can’t assist me or deal with the problem. After 1 and 30 minutes the driver arrives and I say to him I’m not paying for cold food let me call your manager. Before I got the manager on the phone the driver had left. I speak to Chris the manager at plumstead McDonald’s and he says oh I’m sorry, I’ll speak to my driver. Seriously disgusting service. I always go to McDonald’s because it’s on my route home and I work late hours. But I’ll rather stop at again place where the service doesn’t suck. I was a good customer and always recommend McDonald’s but this is the last. You should hire proper managers
