04A368- Bad service

Mcdonald's is something else I tell you. I ordered a meal a month back from their app. The driver brought me ice cream instead of a chicken foldover meal. I immediately told the driver the order was wrong. he took it back and I called and waited for my order until I eventually ordered from a different restaurant. I requested a refund up until today I have not received it. they took down all my details and i even sent them the proof of payment but still. they sent a SMS saying the issue has been resolved but I still do not have my money.
