Very disappointed and frustrated
Been at McDonald's vaal mall around 03:45 on 2026/06/14 and stood there in the drive thru for almost 30 min with no one in sight and the safety gates on the windows isn't even closed. I think it's bad for a restaurant to advertise trading hours and isn't even open. Then at the same restaurant on the 13th June 2026 we ordered a 10 pc fifa world cup combo meal and didn't receive all the contents and when i approached the staff they gave me attitude and said it doesn't come with the meal but on the adverti*****t it states so..

****ty Service: McDonald's Vaal Mall.
This is by far the poorest service you can receive. And the staff is not even bothered. Poor customer service.

Poor quality of service from Mc Donald's
I ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese and gave the lady clear instruction that i did not want tomatoe sauce or mayo on the burger just patty, cheese, pickles and onions. I get home and find that the order the burger has exactly the opposite to what I ordered on it. This shows the poor quality of the staff in these places. My money is spent and i get sub grade service. That will be my last trip to any Mc Donalds
