Very unsatisfied customer

Never came across a McDonald's donalds so slow and staff that has no regard for their customers. How can you wait a full hour for your food, and its 2 meals!!! No way. And its not the first time

I know mc donalds franchises that deal with triple their customer capacity and I've never wauted this long.
