I want the ketchup to be added as I have added it on the order

I’m extremely frustrated at this point. I’ve ordered from you multiple times, and almost every single time my order arrives without ketchup. It’s honestly unacceptable.

I even called more than 20 times today just to remind you to please include the ketchup, but no one answered and once again, it was missing. This is very disappointing. Who wants to eat dry chips with no ketchup?

I’m not asking for anything extra just for my order to be complete. Please fix this issue going forward because I’m tired of receiving incomplete orders. I expect better service and attention to detail.

Kindly ensure that ketchup is included in all my future orders. Thank you.
