HURT CUSTOMER.
On the 26th of March 2026 I went to McDonald’s sunward park lifestyle centre and made a purchase of spicy mcfeast regular meal with chai latte at 18:54, upon collection of my order the lady at the window gave me my burger with fries and told me to park on the next window to wait for my chai latte. I waited till I switched off my car. 10minutes late one lady comes to the window and says ohhh by the way you’re still waiting for your chai latte ? Annoyed and confused i say to her this is total disrespect to keep me waiting for this long in this rainy weather for you to come and ask me if I'm still waiting for my chai latte. She then says I dot know what they’re doing in the kitchen I’ll go and remind them. She then lives I then again wait for 5more minutes, imagine I ate and finished my meal while waiting for my chai latte. Then after 5 more minutes now they send some one different to come and give me my chai latte, and guess what she says to me, “SHAME THEY TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT YOU” not even an apology and I say to her I am going to report this, she just shut the window and left. To last nights shift, please respect your job and your customers, unemployment rate is very bad in this country for you to have so much disrespect to your customers, i was so angry and hurt from your behaviour it’s unfortunate I didn’t get your names so that I can mention them here but I can DEFINITELY POINT YOU IF I HAVE TOO! Next time you treat people the way you treated me, think of how it would make you feel if it was done to you or your loved ones.
