Paying and not receving goods

Attention to details from the staff is a massive concern. Being a regular customer I often find myself using the same branch for convenience purposes however I find myself constantly repeating myself with my orders and also driving off thinking my order is good to go only to find out that it isn't.i love the nacho sauce in all my burgers but everytime I get charged for it it's never in the burger when I check. Now while this may seem to be a small issue if you doing this to multiple customers it becomes a norm of the company making profit out of all the dissatisfied customers, this is not right please educate the staff and have proper training so that we get what we paid for also the staff in this branch se high confused all the time be understand it's busy but that's the nature of the job. This has happened to me almost 90% of the time I place an order. Please wake up. This has also happened to order people regarding food items.
