Mcdonalds Springfield Disrespect

Mcdonalds Springfield customer service is below average. Countless of times their sale assistant degraded and spoke about me in Zulu in front of me under the impression that I didn't understand what they were saying. As a customer who just wanted simple and basic customer service.I am in shock of how I am been treated.Especially with how the McDonald's franchise handles their complaints I will not be taken advantage of. I have laid complaints and my complaints still have not been resolved. It just shows how customer service does be taken seriously. If a manager can laugh in my face then who am I as a customer.
