poor customer services

The cashier was busy taking someone elses order while not completing ours. We order to pay cash and wanted to redeem on our app over the cashier has redeemed our stuff and our points were taken but its not showing on the system. The manager then says she cant give us the food as it is a loss to her yet we took a loss with our points and the cashier was ever so rude. We didnt even get proper assistance
