After waiting 20 minutes in the line inside after using the automated menu to order from waiting to get get customer service to pay and collect my meal I couldn't stand it any longer I jumped into my vehicle and went through the drive through I spoke to CLARENCE/TERANCE a male who told me I must go back inside to order? But nobodies helping inside
