THE ROT STARTS AT THE VERY TOP
They should have a no star category!
Really tired and frustrated with the TygerManor branch in Bellville. Food is served cold when specifically requesting fresh hot food.
The complaints to store manager have been a waste of time.
Called head office 3 times today to speak to PA (Dudu) to CEO, Had to leave a message every single time. No return call.
So tomorrow morning I will as promised to the store manager , I will be using the tray as a Frisbee and its going to go flying the morning if it happens again.
These people are so out of place that they will still be doing the same job in 20 years from now. No ambition, no Customer service.

She interrupts you when you speak. She is arrogant. She uses the phrase "I am telling you"
Well I politely told her to F%*& off. Like I said the rot starts at the top!

25 Mar 2019, 13:35o and she told me I cant tell her staff is stupid, well she is as doff as you can get. An operations manager and not an ounce of Customer centricity about her.
When one has to tell the staff the food needs to be fresh and hot and it still comes to your table cold...well only stupidity comes to mind.
