Please help

I have been treated unfairly at Mc Donalds. I lodged a complaint to the customer care. I was called by Managerment and offered a voucher for meals for my entire family including desserts. Now customer care insults me with a R*** voucher which will not even cover a meal and dessert for one. I waited one hour in the store as they advised systems were down.i watched whilst other customers with different skin colour as mine had they orders taken manually they ate and left the store while o still stood there we all suppose to be treated the same. We are ubuntu. We all bleed the same. In the site of God there is no colour. This kind of ************** in South Africa has to stop. Our elders fought for our freedom and to be treated fairly and to be treated this way and than be insulted by providing me a R*** voucher that wont even cover the fold over meal, quarter pounder, kiddies meal and oreo mc flarey i waited an hour to get. After the management was caught giving vhange and serving other customers than only was mone done manually and i left the store fear of sabotage i refused for my family to eat that meal. My time and money was wasted. My family and was treated as fools so unfairly when we all brothers and sisters no matter the colour of our skin. I urge Mc Donalds as a franchise to get involved and stop this act of ************** in your stores. I will not be insulted. Camera footage must been. This is unacceptable. I am greatful to all managers who called and apologised however to be now insulted by Customer service and going against what was promised from the store Manager Maria.
