McDonald's wrong orders 3 times in a row

So I asume with an international company with multiple restaurants all over the world you can't get the order right all the time, but this was the 3rd time in a row from McDonald's Herm**** in South Africa. The worst is they get timed on the drive thu by the waiting time per car. Now they have started being clever having your drinks ready just past the final window of the drive thru where food is collected so it looks on paper as if the cars are flying through, only to tell you to go stand in a queue just past the timer pannel and wait 5minutes in any case for your food. The best is they run away so quick when handing your food that when you check the order they are already gone to return it if its incorrect. Its a huge franchise I understand but I still believe that with all these nifty little tricks they try pulling at least make sure the customers get the right order. Hope you attend to this matter
