Mcdonalds Waverly pretoria manager is a ***** and rude

<p>Long story short. McDonald's Waverly delivered me a medium meal and I Paid by card for a super-sized meal. Double quarter pounder and chips. 14 February. The assistant manager Richard, called me and apologized and said he would replace my meal as a gesture. I said "no problem thank u for ur service" </p> <p> </p> <p>I go there on the 16th of February and ready to collect.. the employees remembered and were ready to help me. The manager of the store Mpule.. stopped them and blatantly started asking questions. I said listen. " I came here to collect the meal or the money." She said no. She can't get hold of Richard. Come back another day. </p> <p> </p> <p>I said excuse me. I drove here and wasted my time and petrol for nothing. So again u robbing me.. she said yes.. u can go home. I said lady. If I come back here it's to take the biggest all share meal u got. She laughed and said do what u want. </p> <p> </p> <p>I left things at that because I'll rather try handle things professionaly. So here I am.. what do I do now. This lady humiliated me and wasted my time and stole my money. </p>
