McDonald’s milnerton is awful.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at McDonald’s Milnerton. It seems that almost every time I order, something is missing or incorrect. On a previous occasion, I ordered a 6-piece nugget meal and only received 4 nuggets. Today, I ordered a 2 Cheeseburger Regular Meal, and one of the cheeseburgers didn’t even have a beef patty on it it was literally just a bun with cheese. I constantly ask for a regular coke which I pay for and get a Coke Zero. To make matters worse, whenever I order online and pay extra for jalapeño sauce, it is consistently left out of my order. This has happened multiple times and has become very frustrating. Mistakes can happen occasionally, but when order inaccuracies happen repeatedly, it shows a lack of attention to quality control and customer service. I hope management addresses these issues and takes more care in ensuring customers receive what they actually paid for.
