Unhappy customer

Just bought 2 cuppacinos on mew years day and it was the worst experience ever. Waited almost 30 min in the line just for 2 cappacinos and when we finally received it.... It tasted horrible had to throw it away service and quality was Horrible not a nice way to starting the year off. I'm really no impressed
