Customer service and hygiene

The worst service ever to receive in a restaurant. The staff was using hands when making burgers without gloves or tongs holding fresh products, the staff didn't move to wash hands or sanitize while making orders. When raising the issue with Manager she did not fix my issue, instead of rectifying the mistake she started talking with her staff at the back saying I think I know too much I won't tell her how to do their job. Hygiene and customer service is not a priority in this store, especially from a manager who was supposed to rectifying the issue on hand.
