Bad service

I had a very bad experience with McDonald's Louis Botha Highlands north, my order for collection was supposed to be ready by 21:30. I called the store at 21:42 to check how far my order was as the driver was waiting because they said the wasn't ready. I called again after a couple of minutes, as I was on a call with one of the stuff. She confirmed with her team asking about the, I overhead one of the stuff ladies in the store saying " we just spoke to her ,we told her that her order is not ready. What is her problem?" Of which I found that very rude ,they kept me on hold no one came with feedback. I kept calling and they ended up not taking my calls. I ended up canceling my order.
