Very angry

I just ordered food with ubereats from McDonald in jackal Creek the food just came now all the chips are dry . the Big Mac the the meat is not even cooked properly they is blood in the meat like I don't understand,I am very disappointed for by McDonald's I'm trying to call them they not picking up their phone cause I need my money back I can't eat food that's like this
