USELESS McDONALD'S

On the 14th March I placed an order online and on the website it was saying that they deliver to Midrand and I'll receive my order at 11:10. I never received that order and I had to call the customer service around 12:00 to check where my order was. I spoke to the guy by the name of Tebogo and he said to me that my order was processed in Pretoria but he will reprocess it and do a refund for me, he even took my cellphone numbers but I assumed that he took them so that he can make a follow up if I have received my order later on. At 13:00 I sent an e-mail to ask them if at least someone can contact me to notify me about my delivery but no one contacted me till I called them again at 13:30. I spoke to Tebogo again and he told me that HE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THEY DON'T DELIVER THE SIDE THAT I WAS WORKING AT, THAT IS WHY HE DID A REFUND. If I knew that McDonalds was this useless, I wouldn't even bothered to order, now I had to wait the whole day to have a meal and at the end I get such a stupid response? McDonald's is very useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
