Online order not refunded in full

Good Day

Last year December I made two online order for R84.00,R84.00 and I never received my order , so requested the refund and they did refunded me one order. The other one was not refunded .

I did made a complaint about it and they did respond asking me to sent the orders number and the bank statement, I did sent to them and also inform the that I'm no longer banking with standard bank anymore. I provided with my new banking details. Since from then they no longer responding to my emails.

Can you please assist me
