When ordering my burger this morning, my irder states no lettuce (as I cannot eat it -the gas). When I got to work my big mac had 2 layers of lettuce and too late to take it back. Trying to log a complaint on their app or website is a nightmare as they require information from the slip that is not even printed on the slip, e.g.: registration # - If you **** have that you cannot finish your complaint
