Feeling disrespected

I went to McDonald's at sunward park, firstly I waited for almost 30 Minutes while they were calling people who came after me, then I went to the counter to ask they started packing it while she was busy parking my burger fell she took it and put back in the bag I asked her why did she do that she said she did not put it back , I took my food and left when I got home it was actually a wrong order as I asked for a chicken burger and a got I beef burger , so I could not eat that because I do not eat beef so I wasted time and money . thanks for nothing
