False quotes!!! Hidden Terms and conditions

my husband called for a booking yesterday to stay Sat and checkout Monday for himself, my two year old daughter and myself. He was told they have deluxe suites for R1250 which he agreed we will book and gave his details for the quote to be sent so we could effect payment. He also told they lady the room will be occupied by us 3. This morning he opens his email to find no quote sent yet so he then emails the lodge to get clarity as to why the quote is still outstanding. He then get a response to say the room we wanted to book is already taken. This was annoying but we decided to look at their other room options.The lady confirmed they have the luxury rooms available for R850 per night so we said okay we will take it. Then I called the lodge to confirm this and get the payment done only to find out now and we have to pay an extra R200 for our daughter per night, this was the first time we hear this. what kind of quoting does this place do, supposedly a boutique hotel and they cannot even get their prices right! i was told the manager would call me,to which i got a call from the manager and conveniently the luxury rooms are also now fully booked. never use this lodge!!!!!
