Disappointed and irate customer

I'm so upset with McDonald's. Firstly, the driver left without including the happy meal toy, and secondly one of our cheese burgers had no patty on it! I hope McDonald's will contact me back regarding this. We order at least once a week and last weekend I also had to run after the driver for the toys. This is not on! And you can not for the life of you get through to their telephone line!
