Bad service

Seems like McDonald's krugersdorp drive thru is dedicated to giving customers wrong/ incomplete orders. 99% of the time I get the incorrect order. Today 5/01/2020 I bought two big macs with chilli sauce but my order came without it and yet I got charged for it. The time was exactly 17:27:38pm. THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. It's really annoying. If my slip says hot sauce I should get Hot sauce.. If I did not ask for beef sauce I shouldn't get it. I didn't enjoy my meal and I obviously cannot drive back to krugersdorp whereas I stay in Soweto. I Paid for a meal that was not what I asked for. Make this make sense please.
