Bad customer service

Today at 18h27 I went to Mcdonalds in Gugulethu and was assisted by Nolubabalo..I placed an order and she confirmed the order back to me. I went to the second window and made the payment. When I got to the third window to make the payment we receive the order but it was not the full order we placed.So I asked Qhawe to ring up what we ordered and she told us that its only for collections and that I have to drive around and start from scratch..I asked how is it my fault as I placed my order which was confirmed but now I have to use my petrol and go around and start from scratch..You should have seen how non chalant she was she did not care about what I was telling her..This utterly non acceptable, its just bad customer service
