Disappointed in McDonald's Langebaan

Disappointed with the Service Today

I’m really disappointed with the experience I had at McDonald's Langebaan today. When we encountered an issue with the McDonald's app, instead of offering assistance, the manager became frustrated and lashed out at us. I found this behavior completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership position.

As a regular customer, I expect staff—particularly management—to remain calm, helpful, and respectful, even when things go wrong. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers are treated with the courtesy and support they deserve.
