It was on the 16th of December that we decided to visit McDonald's and we wanted to order the mcFeast meal but they said they didn't have cooldrink and we could replace it with milkshake at an extra R10. We asked to speak to the manager and we asked for his name, he asked if we want service or his name. One of the employees indicated his name was Mpho. He was very condescending and unempathetic. We eventually left without ordering. He told us to enjoy the rest of our evening. We would like a sit down with Mpho to express our discontent.
