Horrible service and *********** staff.

Horrible service at this Macdonalds. The level of disrespect the staff gives to customers I am yet to see elsewhere. I went to to this place and everytime something goes wrong. From the tellers making you pay for what is not there, to receiving the wrong and cold order. In all honesty just serve us what we have ordered especially after repeating it for a couple of times. Why must the staff be agreessive if you make them aware of the fact that the food is cold. I had to walk away with cold food because the manager is angry and disrespectful. If the service inform of me is long but the kitchen is fast why pack my food and let it sit for 14min45sec ofcourse it will be cold! And the insist on me taking it home like that. Can you change your horrible service please. Amd please train your staff or better still give e us self service. This is bad and everyday you get the same service!
